Benchmark your plan here.
After you’ve uploaded your 408(b)(2) and Investment Line-up, we’ll comb through it, line-by-line, to look at the fees you're currently paying. Sounds simple, right? However, 401(k) costs are not always as transparent as you may have thought. While benchmarking your plan shouldn’t be limited to fees, it’s a great place to start. In addition, we’ll also see how your plan compares to other plans within your industry with the same size of your employee base and assets. Key metrics to benchmark include: fund fees, administrative costs, employee participation and savings rates, and plan design.
